HIIT Cardio Training Series- Incline Sprints on a Treadmill
Here is a great HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio routine to do the next time you go to the gym. Hop on the treadmill, set it on a designated speed and a designated incline and then sprint for around 20 seconds, and then hop off of it for 20 seconds of rest. Then repeat the process.
