Workout Split:
Day 1- Shoulders, Traps, Back
Day 2- Abs, Cardio
Day 3- Quads, Glutes, Calves
Day 4- Abs, Cardio
Day 5- Tris, Bis, Back
Day 6- Cardio
Day 7- Off
Workout Routine:
Im constantly switching it up for each bodypart on every workout, trying to trick my muscles. But I always do 3-4 sets of 20 reps of everything. I do about 4 exercises per each bodypart and the exercises vary from week to week to keep my muscles guessing. I push myself hard in the gym and try to go to failure on every set.
