7:30AM- (Wake up)- ½ cup of plain oatmeal, hardboiled egg (30 minutes before gym)
10:00AM-post work out protein shake,bananna
12:00PM-Handfull of almonds
2:00PM-Fat free Tuna salad pack with 5 crackers
5:00PM- grilled chicken breast with 5 baby carrots, Full bar
8:00PM-Can of green beans, chicken lunch meat packet
9:30PM-Protein shake (30 minutes before bedtime)
