Heaven Sapp Interview

MP: At what point did you take an interest in health and fitness and what do you believe that it has done for your life and career?

Heaven: I have always been surrounded by fitness. Everyone in my family was very athletic growing up and my older brother use to compete in amature body building competitions. I always stayed active in sports in highschool, such as track,cross country and softball, however starting taking it SERIOUSLY about 2 years ago. Getting introduced into the fitness world has changed my life completely! Has deffinatly helped me out with my career in modeling, and competing tremendously! Not to mention, my self confidence! ;)

MP: How much cardio do you do per week and what kind of cardio do you prefer?

Heaven: I try to do atleast 20 mins of cardio everyday, even the days I weight train. However, 3 days a week I do cardio for 60 minutes. The elliptical & bike are my favorite!

MP: Where does your determination come from? Do you believe that it can be acquired over the years through learning or do you think it is innate?

Heaven: I believe determination can be acquired over the years. As I get older, I see myself constantly setting more goals for myself and raising the bar. It’s like I’m competing with myself! Haha.. and that keeps me going!

MP: What do you believe is your biggest career accomplishment (in terms of posing for a photoshoot or being on a calendar)?

Heaven: My biggest career accomplishment would have to be being chosen for the November cover of Fast & Sexy Magazine! I worked very hard for that. =)

MP: What is it like being on the cover of a magazine as you were for the November cover of Fast & Sexy Magazine? Also, how did you feel being featured as Miss June 2010 in the Girls of USA calender?

Heaven: I have to say, when I got that call, saying I had made the November cover I was jumping up & down! I don’t think I even let the poor guy finish telling me everything before I hung up & called my mom! As for being selected as Miss June in the Girls of USA calender, I felt very honored and blessed that all my hard work had really paid off.

MP: You went to the New Year’s Eve Party at the Playboy Mansion. How was that party? Tell us how fascinating the Playboy Mansion is? What did you do there? Is Hugh Hefner as big of a stud as everyone thinks he is?

Heaven: Being selected to be a “Painted Girl” for Playboy’s New Years Eve party at the Mansion was deffinatly one of the most exciting news I had ever gotten! I know that MANY girls tried out for it & only 6 lucky ladies were chosen. We were to greet guests as they walked in and handed out jello shooters! The Playboy Mansion is glamorous, tons of celebrities walking around, mingling with one another. I tried very hard to play it cool & not look TOO star struck! Hef is deffinatly a stud! Everyone was just dying to talk to him!

MP: You participated in Playboy TV’s “King of Clubs” reality show. What was that like?

Heaven: Shooting for King of Clubs was awesome! Just tons of people who really knew how to have fun! It was my first time being on an actual “set” so hearing them say “ACTION!” for the first time was VERY exciting!

MP: You made the top 100 of the “Spy on Vegas Hot 100” contest. What is this contest? Why is this a true honor?

Heaven: The Spy on Vegas Hot 100 contest begins in the spring every year and takes place at Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand every Friday for 10 weeks. Tons of beautiful girls strut there stuff & try to collect as many votes as they can. At the end of each Friday 10 girls with the most votes are selected and become 1 of the 100 contestants that compete for a huge grand prize at the end of summer. I may not have won the grand prize at the end, but when selected to be part of the Hot 100, I had 78% of peoples votes while competing with 58 beautiful girls that Friday!

MP: Why do you love being a true “small town girl” and a “homebody”?

Heaven: Don’t get me wrong, I’m deffinatly a people person, However hate traffic & noisey places. Being from such a small town, I love that everyone knows EVERYONE and theres not much driving involved to get to where you’re going. Haha

MP: What is it like being a Ring Girl for numerous mixed martial arts contests? Do you have an interest in the UFC? Who is your favorite fighter and why?

Heaven: I absolutely LOVE being a ring girl for fights! I love being upclose & personal while the fights are happening.. VERY EXCITING. As well as having all eyes on me from time to time in between rounds. My fav fighter would have to be Jason Ellis! Not only is he HILARIOUS but very determined & deticated.

MP: As a true lover of action movies, which movie would you most recommend?

Heaven: DEATH RACE! You can never go wrong with Jason Statham!

MP: What is your favorite episode from your favorite television show, “The Office”?

Heaven: Easy! . . All time favorite episode is in season 5, Halloween.. When they all dress up & Andy is a cat! – I won’t ruin it, you HAVE to see it!

MP: You have played softball since you were 4 years old. Do you believe that softball players should focus on specific muscle groups over others?

Heaven: I remember my brother telling me to curl 8lb free weights before I pitched a game, believe it or not, sped up my speed & gave me great arm stregnth!

MP: You have an immense passion for Las Vegas. Why do you love Las Vegas so much? Are you a true party girl?

Heaven: Gotta be honest, not a HUGE party girl, however when it’s time to party, I can last alllll night! Who wouldn’t want to live in Las Vegas, never a dull moment & tons os fabulous shows to go to!

MP: If you could give advice to a woman who desires to be a model, what would you tell her?

Heaven: Most importantly, work on your self confidence first, & don’t take anything to heart what your told, take it as constructive critism as hard as that may be at times.

MP: What are your biggest turn-ons and turn-offs with men?

Heaven: Biggest turn on is humor, if you can make me laugh, YOURE IN! but a nice smile doesn’t hurt either. =) Biggest turnoff would be bad breath!

MP: What is something people may not know about you?

Heaven: I can roll my stomach & touch my tongue to my nose! ;)

MP: What are your future goals?

Heaven: My future goal is to be VERY successful & well known in the Fitness World as a competitor, and fitness model.
