Healthy Pancakes
Ingredients:
•5 Egg Whites
• 1/4 Cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
• 3 oz. Extra firm low-fat tofu
• 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
Optional Ingredients:
• 1/2 Scoop Berry Flavored Protein (Or Mix Berries with Vanilla Protein Powder)
• 1 tablespoon Smart Balance Butter
• 1/4 Cup Sugar Free Syrup
Preparation:
Blend ingredients together. Add vanilla or almond extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook batter like pancakes flipping when the cake bubbles in the pan (use nonstick cooking spray). Add either butter, butter spray, or Smart Balance.
