A study from the University of Missouri-Columbia found that exercise alone could make greater improvements than diet and medicine for diabetes patients. 

 



U.K. scientists have found that Vitamin C may help you to avoid diabetes. In the study, those who ate approximately 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily were up to 62% less likely to develop diabetes than those who consumed 3 servings a day. 

 




Studies show that stress could increase your chance of a heart attack by up to 68%. You have to take some time off from work every once in a while. Take a vacation, recharge your batteries, and you'll notice your work output may actually increase as you reduce your stress.

Follow these 5 tips: 1) Try and set new goals to give you mental energy. 2) Avoid tobacco and excessive alcohol use (depressants). 3) Follow a sensible diet and exercise regularly to dispense endorphins.
