Forearms Exercise Training Workout
Sit down on the machine and grip the handle closest to you with your thumb and the other 4 fingers wrapped around the handle farthest from you. Slowly pull the handle you have with 4 fingers wrapped around it into the handle with your thumb wrapped around it. Hold it there when the two handles meet. Slowly bring it back down until your 4 fingers are stretched as far as they can go.
