Grilled Swordfish with Salsa
Ingredients:
• Tomatoes
• 1 small red Onion
• Peeled Garlic Cloves
• Chopped Peppers
• Fresh cilantro
• 8 oz. Swordfish steaks
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• Pinch of Pepper and Salt
Preparation:
Combine tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, and cilantro together and chop them up as your salsa. Rub the swordfish steaks with the olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper onto the swordfish. Grill, making sure to turn the fish over onto the other side, until it has turned from translucent to opaque. Drizzle the salsa over the swordfish and serve.
