Grilled Chicken Breast
Chicken breast is both lean and full of protein and makes an excellent substitute for the more fatty beef and pork. Compared to a trimmed T-bone steak, chicken breast contains considerably less fat (less than half). Just be sure to remove the skin which contains a great deal of saturated fat.
