Grilled Chicken and Egg Tacos

Ingredients:
• 4 oz. Chicken Breast
• 4-5 Egg Whites
• 1 tbs. lecithin granules or 1 tbs. flax seeds
• Whole Wheat Tortillas
• Tabasco Sauce
• Tomatoes, Chopped
• Avocado
• Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
Marinate the chicken in olive oil. Saute the chicken in a pan. After it is cooked, add the egg whites and continue to scramble while adding the granules/flax seeds, sauce, tomatoes, and salt & pepper. After the eggs are cooked, take everything out of the pan and put into the whole wheat tortilla. Spread on some avocado and gobble it down!
