Great Alternate Cardio- Jump Rope In Between Sets

A great cardio workout that you can do instead of the monotonous treadmill is jumping rope in between your sets during your weight routine. This will be great cardio in the form of a High Intensity Interval Training Routine. After you are done with your set of weights, rest 30 seconds, then jump rope for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds, then go directly to your next set on the workout . Your goal will be to work yourself up so that you can immediately go directly from your set straight to jumping rope and then straight doing your next set without any rest in between.
