Meal 2:
6 oz Tilapia
Fish Oil (1 tbsp)
Asparagus (8 spears)
Meal 3:
6 oz Chicken Breast
4 oz Yams (with cinnamon)
1 Cup Green Beans
Meal 4:
All Max Isoflex Whey (2 scoops)
Meal 5 (Post Workout):
All Max Isoflex Whey (2 scoops)
4 oz Yams (with cinnamon)
Meal 6:
6 oz Beef Tenderloin or 8 oz Extra Lean
Ground Turkey
Fish Oil (1 tbsp)
Asparagus (8 Spears)
Water: 1 Gallon/4 Liters per day
