What's a good back workout to do?

A great back workout would include deadlifts, bent over barbell rows, bent over db rows, lat pulldowns, and pull ups. You should go very intense and go close to failure on each set. Staying within the 10-12 rep range on back is usually the best.

Wide chinups, max x3. Then deadlift, then barbel row. Then you can add one random back exercise of your choice but those 3 exercise pretty much is what you need.
