i've been getting close to the plateau for my arms...any suggestions as to what workouts to do to push past it?

Try this bicep routine: You have to devote a whole day to it and load up on creatine and crap like that. You work out arms like 3 times in one day. Work out, take 1hour break and drink protein,creatine, work out repeate. I went from 16" to almost 17". Your arms actually shrink because of all the working out. The next day you're like WTF they're smaller!!! But after a couple of days with tons of food and good nutrition, protein etc, they begin to blow up like baloons. It was a great program IMO. And you can only do this about once per year and see any kind of gains. Most likely the second time you do it you wont get the same effect as the first time. I guess it's because it shocks your muscles like nothing before, but after that they get more used to it so it looses it's effectiveness.
