Should I do a full body circuit training workout routine or should I do a split bodypart routine?

Both are great. I think that it is very good to implement variation in your routine so what I like to do is switch up my routine every 3 weeks. So you can try a split bodypart routine for 3 weeks, then a full body circuit routine for the next 3 weeks. Then an upper body circuit, lower body circuit for 3 weeks. DO variation so your body doesn't adapt to any one principle. Trick your body into new growth.
