Sunday 30mins of cardio consisted of: warm up - 5 min jogging 15 min circuit : box jumps 10 reps dips - 20 reps squats - 20 reps (slow and really low) push ups - 20 reps walking lunges with oblique twist - 20 reps 30 sec rest and repeat for total of 15 mins 10 mins stair runs run flat out up and down stairs for 30 sec then walk slow for 30 sec and repeat for 10 mins cool down walk home diet meal 1 - 2 piece of whole meal toast peanut butter and honey meal 2 - satay chicken wrap pre workout - mushashi reactivate post workout - 1 teaspoon creatine and 1 teaspoon EAAS in water post workout - 1 scoop myofusion in water meal 3 - 3 egg whites hand full of roasted almonds meal 4 - beef stir fry meal 5 - protein shake low fat milk and flaxseed oil
