| Suggestions for some alternate work outs aside from what i do normally??
Bi's: hammer curls, preacher curl, pull ups (negatives), standing dumbell curl.
Tri's: tri press, skull crushers, rope, tri press behind head
chest: flat bench, incline, decline, cable, fly's
shoulder: press, arnolds, shrugs, arm raises - in front with dumbells.

| For biceps: Try some cable workouts, really hits the stabilizer muscles
Triceps: Dips, dips, dips...build great solid mass on your arms

| You should stick with compound movements (presses) to really build solid lean muscle mass. Cables for isolations.

| circuits are awesome: 1 set x10 each no rest in between...sumo squat, arnold DB shoulder press, romanian DB deadlift, bentover DB row, push&thrust, shoulder shrugs. rest 2 min repeat circuit at least 2 more times

| I like doing a lot of bodyweight exercises- pushups, pullups, situps, etc. See just as good results as long as I push it.

| Which is better machine workouts or loose weights? I have done machine workouts but have not done this in about 2-3 years.

| I would say from experience that machines are better, you can control the weight and reps better. Also alternating could be a benefit.
