I hear that everyone should take daily vitamins even if your not a person that works out, is this true?

Yes, try taking a daily supplement for vitamins and minerals you may not get in your food.

always beneficial to take vitamins, whether you're active or not. omega-3 is usually overlooked but is very crucial to our bodies.
