I heard a study that creatine, when taken post-workout with protein, can increasde muscle mass by up to 70% more than when taking protein alone...however i dont recommend taking the loading phase...skip that and take one heaping tablespoon right after your workout

if you are trying to bulk up then you need to take it 3 times a day for a month or so. The loading phase is critical for this.

3 times a day for a month is waaaaay too much...i think taking it only during post-workout is fine. at least your body will be utilizing it properly.

Keema, I agree with you on the Bayer10 post. 3 times a day for a month sounds like way to much. I think just post-workout is fine.
