I'm looking for a best brand of multivitamins for my elder brother and for my father. Suggestion? My co-office mate told me that Mens Multi-vitamins from Maxalife is great one but i need more option to choose on that was proven effective and safe to take. I will be going back next week to read all of your suggestions.. Thank You.

I actually been taking GNC's Mega Men. I think it's the best brand. It gives you everything you need: Muscle support, protein synthesis, energy production, carbohydrate metabolism & antioxidant protection. It's a little more pricey but I think it's the best quality product.
