i have pretty strong abs but i cant seem to get any definition. any tips on how to get a bit more tone?

run more. i workout my abs a ton, but they didn't really get good tone until i bumped up my cardio workouts.

It's all about bodyfat. My abs start to show at 12%. For a photoshoot its around 10%. When I compete it's around 6-8%. I'm not a bodybuilder but a fitness model. So loose the fat and you will start to see your 6pack

do situp swith your feet on the floor knees bent and just bring your shoulders up enough to get off hte ground and tuck, that is mostly for the upper abs, do reverse crunches for lower abs. I thinks abs is all about variation and putting a lot of exercises together.......
