hey guys im 16 im trying to gain lean mucle mass and get stronger for basketball. I want strong core and a 6 pack. i just have a question about nutrition though, if im trying to gain muscle and loose some fat around my mid section should i still eat like im trying to bulk? or should i cut calories and eat like im trying to loose weight? Like im not trying to loose weight i just want to get cut and that means get my bf% down. so what im asking is how should i eat when trying to do this and gain mucle. right now im eating like 3080 calories or something a day. im 16 150 5"9. my abs arent defined though

you need to do sprints (speed up your metabolism faster than steady jog) and cut the late night carbs out of your diet. you will be ripped in no time!

If you ask me as far as I know you can't lose fat without to lose muscle but you can reduce this muscle loss to minimum you have to add more protein to your diet. You can add some protein shake after your workout.
