Anyone? I like eating 10 eggs in the morning (6 yolk/4 white) with a bowl of oatmeal.

if you want to bulk you need to add even more for your breakfast. have a bowl of fruit and toast with cottage cheese.

Take a true mass shake upon waking...then have a huge breakfastan hour later with eggs, whole wheat toast, fruit, oatmeal, etc....will get you jacked up!!!
