Here is my daily eating plan. Tell me what you think I'm 5'7 170 lbs 15% BF Brekfeast = 4 egg whites (14.04 g protein) 8oz milk (8.13 g protein) (12 g carbs) (5 g fat) 2 packets oatmeal (8 g protein) (38 g carbs) (4 g fat) (11:00) = 1 can tuna (26 g protein) 8oz milk (8.13 g protein) (12 g carbs) (5 g fat) 2 tbsp Neslea Quick (19 g carbs) (CHOCOLATE MILK!) 2 packets rice (8 g protein) (88 g carbs) (2:00) = 2 slices turkey ham (8 g protein) (1 g carbs) (1 g fat) 2 packets oatmeal (8 g protein) (38 g carbs) (4 g fat) 3:30 = 1 cup Chiken breast (43 g protein) (1.86 g fat) 1 cup elbow maceroni (14 g protein) (82 g carbs) (2 g fat) (whatever else is with dinner) After workout = 2 scoops Whey Protein (40 g protein) (10 g carbs) (5 g fat) 1 cup chicken breast (43 g protein 1 cup elbow maceroni (14 g protein) (82 g carbs) (2 g fat) TOTAL PROTEIN = 242 (at least)

Do you drink normal protein shake or a gainer shake? And eat more chicken, change out the maceroni with some heavy pasta. Other than that it seems fine.
