Currently my calorie intake is about 2,100 calories with 175g of protein. I would like to eat more around 225g of protein and don't really care about the calorie intake. I do eat about 4-5 meals a day and take Syntha6 shake once a day. Any suggestions on how to increase the bulk and make it faster?
