How do you stay dedicated to the workouts? I work night shift and sleep during the day, in between that I attend online college and have a family. So how do I get motivated to do workouts?

Take 30 minutes out of your day every 2-3 days and setup a workout at your local gym or at home. You will sleep better after a good workout and some breakfast.

30 minutes every other day or so. That's all it takes. It will come a loooooong way. Think about it.

Stay dedicated by knowing that every single day you are improving yourself and becoming more healthy by working out. physical health = mental health, remember that.

Honestly, the great motivation for me is, every night before I go to bed I ask myself "did I make today an effective day? Did I take a step forward or a step backward?" EVERY NIGHT I ASK MYSELF THIS! and every morning I wake up even more positive than the day before. I owe muscle prodigy A LOT!!
