Hi, im a 6'2 162.5 pounds and about 15-16%BF. I workout and eat healthy and it doesnt seem to work. can someone please just tell me exactly what to do to get bigger and lower bf. i will try whatever and have always been the tall skinny fat kid. goal probably 170-180 12%BF or less. any help would be greatly appreciated. im also a vegetarian. i also have a problem cutting, i heave read on this forum that you dont lose muscle cutting if you eat enough protein, this is not the case in my situation, i cut calories and eat more than 1g protein per pound body weight and the little muscle i have quickly turn to fat even though i keep working out hard.

eat 6-7 small meals a day, workout 3-4 times a day and do cardio after you lift. simple as that.

Eat more, train harder. Just focus on building muscle, you will loose body fat along the way if you do it right. The problem is either that you dont train right or that you dont eat enough so your body saves everything you eat.
