| Try adding
- add a scoop of whey in the morning
- get more whole protein sources (up the tuna/chicken/lean meats)
- add in eggs (eg, alternative breakfast or meal of 4 whole eggs and a few whites)
- need more fat, add in tablespoon or 2 of peanut butter with a shake or meal, add in olive oil
- multi vitamin better to be taken morning but doesnt matter too much
- dont really need the gatorade, get dextrose for simple sugar and a complex carb added to post workout like oats mixed in the shake, etc.
- have heaps of water during the day
- eat MORE MORE MORE food

| you need to eat as much as you can. stick with clean foods and make sure you're doing interval training on top of a regular 4-5 day a week workout routine.
