| Is getting a grilled chicken sandwich from McDonalds decently healthy? I mean, I know this stuff isn't great for you but is that the healthiest fast-food option around? |

| grilled chicken has all that extra oil, along with the white bread they use for the sandwich. ditch the fast food.

| Ditch it but it is better to eat to tolkeyour metabolism then starve- so if you need to stop like on a long car ride get it in a whole wheat bun with no mayo- just plain. Take off one side of the bread and you're golden..

| sometimes eating fast food can boost your metabolism. have it once every couple of weeks or so.

| There are health fast food choices but eating fast food once a week is still to often. I would not recommend more than once per month.

| Whoever runs this webpage is doing a fantastic job. I myself also own a site about sa anabolic steroids and steroids so i know how hard it can be. | Eating fast foods once or twice in a week is not bad for health but eating this type of stuff regularly may harm your health.It may cause various health problems like high blood pressure,obesity etc.
