Should you do cardio with powerlifting? I'm just starting out and wondering if i should include cardio in my workout.

when on a powerlifting routine, you need all the recuperation possible and cardio would be counter productive. if you feel the need to do cardio walk on an incline at a moderate pace for 20-30 mins a few times per week.
