best way to improve your vo2 max nd shred fat is to couple high intensity bursts with low intensity active rest- gets you shredded boys- sprint coupled with jogging in place repeat over and over and watch that belly fat dissipate!!!

what about incorporating some sort of HIIT in the pool? can you do this?

i have done sprints in the pool. def. a great way to shred the bodyfat. you need to keep the intensity really high because its easy to stop pushing yourself in the pool. after all, you don't have headphones on so the music motivation does not exist!

u could buy a waterproof iPod case and waterproof headphones
