What are all the workouts we've to do for a well built chest?... Is doin push ups , pull ups, parallel bar dips daily will yield better results?.... if yes then, how many reps we've to do... will that hurt the healing process for the muscle group that we worked out in the last session???....

I do a lot of compound lifts like bench press and dumbbell presses because that's how you build the most mass. Try 5 sets of flat bench, 5 sets of incline dumbbell press and do 5-7 sets of some isolation exercises like cable or machine flies. That's all you really need.
