If I do some cardio training in the morning (6 am) when I wake up and don't eat breakfast until after I train, would I burn my muscle and cause me to be in a catabolic state? Any feedback would be much appreciated!

train on an empty stomach. you may have less energy but you'll hit the fat because there's nothing else in your body to burn.

I tend to do cardio in the late afternoons because I feel your body uses the most energy and you can push yourself harder to really shred the fat.

Dose it really make a difference when you do cardio workouts? I used to do mine in the evening and then at supper and relaxed before going to work or bed.

I get out of breath every easy is there anything to improve this? I can not run or even walk very far without getting out of breath. HELP!!

Before doing any exercises I would suggest going to the doctor and getting checked?

aCenderx8 never train on an empty stomach. You blood sugars could drop to dangerous levels.
