Diet for Women
A lot of women are concerned with what they should eat in order to stay lean yet not put on any fat. Here is a sample meal plan to follow in which you can use the same ratio of carbohydrates:proteins:fats in every meal:
Meal 1- Oats and Protein (Egg Whites or Protein Powder)
Meal 2- Tuna Salad w/ Lowfat Mayo
Meal 3- Grilled Chicken Breast and Vegetables
Meal 4- Egg Whites
Meal 5- Lean Steak, Fish, Chicken, or Kangaoo w/ a small salad and mixed vegetables
Meal 6- Protein Shake
