Diet for Ladies
Here's a great meal plan diet to follow for those ladies who want to stay lean:
Meal 1- 4 Egg whites, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup cooked Irish oatmeal, 25 grapes
Meal 2- Syntha-6, 1/4 cup powdered oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries
Meal 3- 4 oz. coldwater fish, 1/2 cup wild rice, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4- 3/4 cup Eggwhites International, 8 oz. OJ (if after a workout) or 1/2 cup powdered oatmeal
Meal 5- 3 oz. grilled chicken breast, salad greens, piece of fruit
Meal 6- 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 medium apple or low glycemic fruit (look into a glycemic index chart for further information on this matter)
