We receive hundreds of emails a month from people telling us that our videos have inspired them to do something to improve upon his or her life. That is the sole reason we created Muscle Prodigy: to inspire you.

Here is our new motivational video: Do or Die, fit especially for our MMA and UFC fans out there. We have a choice to make every day when we wake up. This is the most redemptive power that's our there: that it relies upon us. We can either be productive and do the things that are going to make us better or we can sit back and just hope that something other than our preparation is going to carry us. But in reality, only one of those two options will actually benefit you. The thing that you should be doing is usually the hardest thing that there is to do, and that's always the option that will push you forward to being a better athlete and a better person.

Often times, we don't want to do squats until we puke. We don't want to do 100 sprints until we can barely walk anymore. We don't want to recover in ice baths. We don't want to stretch after our workout. We don't want to do our homework. We rather not eat grilled chicken and brown rice for every meal. We rather play video games at the office than write up reports on detailed research. We rather be watching TV and drinking beer, but which option is going to make us a better athlete? A better man? You know the answer, but the choice...that's up to us to make. We alone dictate our behavior, and we must face the consequences that go along with that. When we put in all of our effort; our heart and soul into a single goal, greatness is achieved as a result. No one got to the top without doing all the mundane tasks that come along with that with little to no slip ups along the way. Nothing more can be true with MMA. You're either going to give your heart and soul in it or you'll be average. Do you want to be great? That choice is yours alone to make.

If we put in the time and the effort, we can become the absolute best at a particular craft. But all it takes is one slip-up. You eat french fries instead of grilled chicken, you miss the gym for a week, you guzzle down shots and party every weekend; then you justify that behavior and take it down a slippery slope until the disciplined person becomes lost in a commonplace sea of average. It's about consistency- doing the things that are hard as hell to propel you to be the best. If it was easy, everyone would do it; but if you want more out of your life, you've got to do the things that the average man won't. So when you're back is against the wall and you feel like you can't go on anymore, you've got to dig deep and tell yourself: It's Do or Die! 

You're either going to do the things that you particularly don't want to do so you can be the best person you can be, or you will wither away as a faded memory forever, day by day, until there's nothing left of you. Make a choice!
