Daily Home Workout- Pull-Up Bar Exercises
Try this home workout if you have a pull-up bar. If you don't, try to find something to hang onto that is completely sturdy.
Try doing 5 sets of the following exercises and go to failure on each set.
1) Wide Grip Pull-Up
2) Close Grip Pull-Up
3) Chin Up
4) Hanging Knee Raises
