Crystal Cunard Meal Plan

I usually eat almost the same thing day to day. The following is what I eat on a typical day.

 

Meal 1: ½ cup of Oatmeal (with vanilla protein mixed in)

Meal 2: Tuna and almonds
Meal 3: Chicken or shrimp stirfry (zucchini, onion, red and green bell peppers) with ½ cup of brown rice

Meal 4: Small chicken breast with veggies
Meal 5: BioX Power Whey Isolate Protein shake and a banana
Meal 6: Salmon and green beans
Meal 7: Egg whites or BioX Fusion Protein shake
