Home Workout Challenge- Day 1
The Muscle Prodigy 30 Day Summer Home Workout Challenge is a 4 week home workout program that consists of a solid foundation of cardiovascular training and resistance training. All these exercises can be done in the comfort of your home or outside.
Each day we post a new workout for you to follow so stay tuned every single day!
Today we will gradually get you accustomed to this 30 day program. You will focus on doing some of the fundamental home workouts that really utilize the whole upper and lower body. Today will focus on a circuit routine, in which you will do 3 exercises back-to-back-to-back and then rest for 2 minutes and repeat. Do 5 total circuit sets.
1) 30 Push-Ups
Push-Ups are one of the oldest and most basic exercises. They work almost all of the upper body muscles, primarily htting your forearms, wrists, upper arms, shoulders, chest and back muscles.
2) 30 Chair Dips
Dips help develop powerful and defined triceps.
3) 30 Leg Squats
Squats work all the muscles in the legs and provide you with extra power and explosion. Research suggest that training legs may be the best way to boost your metabolism and keep you lean.
