Here are Arian Foster's benchmarks:

Bench Press- 335 lbs.

Deadlift- 485 lbs.

Squat- 515 lbs.

Quarter Mile Time- 54 seconds

Vertical Leap- 38"

Long Jump- 22 feet

Shuttle Drill- 4.4 seconds

225 Bench Press - 22 reps

Pushups without any rest- 94 reps

Pullups without any rest- 21 reps


With Foster's Fitness you can try and compete with him in all of these aspects to see if you have what it takes to be an NFL player. The application will track your speed and then provide a comparative result with that of Foster’s time.
