How to do Cable Lat Pulldown
Back Exercise Training Workout
Sit down on a seat in between a cable deck. Grab the two handles at the highest/tallest setting of the cable rack extending your arms fully but keeping a slight bend in your elbows as illustrated. While maintaining an arch in your back, pull the handles in towards your sides squeezing your back together (use your back, not your arms to pull) at the bottom of the movement. In a slow, controlled manner return the handles back to the top so you can feel a stretch in your back.
