Brown Rice Chicken Bowl



Brown Rice Chicken Bowl

Ingredients:
• 10 oz. Chicken Breast
• 1/2 cup Brown Rice
• 1 oz. Lowfat Cheddar Cheese
• 2 oz. Tomatoes, Chopped
• 1 oz. Avocado
• Pinch of Salt and Pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped onion

Preparation:
Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce (one with low sodium) and make sure to poke holes in the chicken with a fork when doing so (this will allow the sauce to infiltrate into the inside meat of the chicken. Grill the chicken and cook the brown rice. Chop up the chicken and mix in with the rice. Then add on top the cheese, tomatoes, and avocado.
