Branch Warren trains with a series of high intensity lifts with limited volume. He has a very large tolerance for pain and will go until he pukes or he falls over, which ever comes first.

 

If you want big legs you have to do heavy compound movements for thickness; and Branch Warren knows a thing or two about squatting.

 

And to get detail, you need to go heavy with isolation movements like quad extensions; and BRanch Warren loves to his these to complete failure and then with forced reps from a spotter's assistance also.
