Bobby Ashhurst Meal Plan
I try to eat every 2 – 3 hours, keep a constant supply of nutrients to preserve muscle. I typically carb deplete on workout days and carb load on rest days. I don’t completely cut out carbs on my deplete days, I just cut them in half. My meals are pretty much the same regardless of the days I just eat larger portions on rest days.
Meal 1- Oatmeal/Cream of Wheat with Protein Powder
Meal 2- Lean Meat with a Complex Carb and Green Veggie
Meal 3- Lean Meat with a Complex Carb and Green Veggie
Meal 4- Pre-Workout Protein Shake
Meal 5- Post-Workout Protein Shake
Meal 6- Lean Meat with a Complex Carb and Veggie
Meal 7- Lean Meat with a Complex Carb and Veggie
