Meal 1: <7/7:30am> Oatmeal with 1 scoop EAS 100% Whey Protein chocolate powder and an apple

 

Meal 2: <9:30 am> 7 cooked egg whites, 1/4 cup of cooked chopped carrots served with a 1/4 cup of brown rice

 

Meal 3: <11:30> 4 oz. chicken breast with 1 cup of spinach

 

Meal 4: <1:30> 1 oz. can of tuna with a couple shakes of Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

 

Meal 5: <3:30> 4 oz. of Salmon with a cup of mixed veggies

 

Meal 6:<5:30/6:30>  4 oz. 99% Fat free ground turkey, 1 cup steamed broccoli
