Circuit 1:
Bent Over Barbell Row, Incline Barbell Press, Pull-Ups, Incline Barbell Press, Hanging Leg Raises, Twisting Hanging Leg Raises, Hamstring Leg Curls, Reverse Sit-ups, Sit-ups, Twisting Sit-ups
Circuit 2:
Power Cleans, Deadlifts, 1.5 ft. Box Step-Ups w/ Weighted Barbell on Back, 3 ft. Box Squat Jumps w/ Dumbbells in Hand, 3 ft. Box Squat Jumps w/ no weight, Incline Barbell Press
Circuit 3:
Shoulder Hammer Press, Pushups on Dumbbells, Seated Rows, Bent Over Dumbbell Row, Heavy Cable Row, Bent Over Dumbbell Row, Standing Dumbbell Curls, Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Circuit 4:
Agility Footwork, Power Cleans, Pull-Ups, Dumbbell Front Raises, Rear Delt Raises, Incline Dumbbell Presses, Power Cleans to Military Barbell Press, Box Squat Jumps
Circuit 5:
Shoulder Barbell Press, Squats, Pull Ups, Stability Ball Pushups, Tire Flips, Crazy Ab Work, Bent Over Dumbbell Rows, Ab Wheel Roll Outs
