If you want to look ripped like a fitness model, then you need to eat like one. You need to eat frequently throughout the day and have lean meals with lots of clean calories from good carbohydrate sources. Here is a sample diet plan for top fitness model Anthony Catanzaro.

 

An average day's diet of Anthony Catanzaro looks something like this:

Meal 1:  8:00am
• 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of egg whites scrambled, 1 cup of coffee

Meal 2: 11:00am
• 6oz. grilled chicken, 4oz yam, small salad w/ olive oil

Meal 3: 2:00pm
•  2 scoops of whey protein, glutamine added mixed with banana or berries

Meal 4: 5:00pm
•  6oz grilled chicken, large salad with balsamic dressing

Meal 5: 7:30-pm
• 2 scoops of whey protein, glutamine added mixed with banana or berries

Meal 6: 9:30pm
• 1 cup of egg whites with 1 bowl of hot cereal ex: grits, farina
