Andrea Smith Meal Plan
Meal 1- Oatmeal and blueberries, stevia, cinnamon, an egg if I want
Meal 2- Apple and nuts, celery and PB
Meal 3- Quinoa chicken and veggies
Meal 4- Post workout shake with berries and protein and almond milk
Meal 5- Turkey chili
Meal 6- Tuna and broccoli slaw (before bed)
Treat meals 1-3x a week….depending what kind of week it is. I don’t binge eat on treat days either, I eat one meal and never overeat so I can get away with more treat meals than one per week.
