Amer the Hammer's Protein Pancakes
Looks like a pancake right? It is…my pre workout pancake with 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder, 2 egg whites and a bit of natural honey. I recommend eating them before intense activity, or in the morning. I usually eat them before the gym in the morning as they are full of (good) complex carbohydrates which are an amazing source of energy, as well as protein for muscle repair.
