One food that I always suggest that you stay away from is cereal. Cornflakes, fruit loops, Cherios, they are all filled with sugar, additives, and are low in the micronutrients that our bodies need to utilize, metabolize, and repair our bodies. I tested a few ingredients out over the course of the last few months and came up with the perfect breakfast cereal.
First and foremost, I NEVER use milk, replace your milk with Almond breeze, as it is lactose-free, lower in calories, and ideal for fat loss.
Fitness Breakfast Cereal
•Large Flake Oats
•Pistachio
•Almonds
•Pumpkin Seed
•Sunflower Seed
•Cinnamon
•Agave Nectar
Bake all of the ingredients together for about 20 minutes and its ready. I personally like to make a large batch, that way it can be used for several weeks.
